HOW STANFORD HELPS REBUILD UKRAINE
We are continuing our studies at Stanford as part of the “Recovery Managers” program and the Virtual Design & Construction course.
Every day, we work with professors, international experts, and practitioners who share their approaches to managing large-scale reconstruction projects. We are learning not only modern digital design technologies but also how to effectively organize processes, manage teams, and build partnerships.
One of the key themes of the training is transparency. It is transparent processes, clear rules, high-quality planning, and openness in decision-making that build trust. And trust is the foundation of international partnership and resource mobilization for the recovery of Ukraine.
Equally valuable is the opportunity to interact with other program participants. Representatives of communities, the public sector, business, and non-governmental organizations who are already working on the country’s reconstruction have gathered here. This exchange of experience and professional networking creates new opportunities for joint projects and strong partnerships.
There are still many practical classes and interesting meetings ahead. We will certainly continue to share the most important insights and how the world’s best practices can be implemented in Ukraine.
