Polish politician, local government official, and social activist who has served as a Member of the 10th-term Sejm since 2023.
is a platform for international solidarity, created to support volunteer-led rebuilding in Ukraine and strengthen cooperation between Ukrainian civil society and parliamentarians from partner countries.
The Coalition brings together parliamentarians who share the belief that support for Ukraine must go beyond defense alone—it must also protect people, communities, and everyday life during the war.
Its main goal is to
support the work of Dobrobat as the largest volunteer-led urgent recovery initiative, and to help mobilize international attention, resources, partnerships, and practical assistance for Ukrainian communities.
The Coalition is built as a living, flexible network of cooperation. It is not a formal bureaucratic structure, but a space for bringing people together around a shared mission—rebuilding Ukraine through volunteering, solidarity, and collective responsibility.
Coalition members serve as advocates for Dobrobat in their own countries, helping build international contacts, develop partnerships, and mobilize material, expert, and organizational support. This strengthens volunteer initiatives in Ukraine and makes aid more systematic, transparent, and effective.
The International Parliamentary Coalition in Support of Dobrobat is about people who feel a personal connection to Ukraine's future and are ready to help not only with words, but with concrete action. Its work is meant to strengthen trust, European solidarity, and international engagement in rebuilding Ukraine's cities, villages, and communities.
Parliamentarians from Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia have already joined the Coalition. They support volunteer-led rebuilding in Ukraine and are ready to help develop international cooperation around Dobrobat. Among the first members are Jolanta Niezgodzka, Alicja Lepkowska-Hołas, Karolis Neimantas, Davis Martinš Daugavietis, Jānis Skrastiņš, Uģis Rotbergs, Jānis Patmalnieks, and Gatis Liepiņš.
